  1. Furniture Warranty

    Standard 1-Year Warranty

    G’day Furniture provides a 1-year warranty on all furniture products from the date of delivery.
    This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, including:

    • Structural faults

    • Frame and joint failures

    • Manufacturing defects

    If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, G’day Furniture will, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, provide a repair, replacement, or refund.


    Extended Warranty Options

    Customers may choose to extend their warranty coverage at the time of purchase:

    2 Years $150
    3 Years $200
    5 Years $280

    The extended warranty continues the same coverage as the standard 1-year warranty for the selected period.

    Extended warranties must be purchased at the time of sale and apply only to the original purchaser and original delivery address.


    What is Covered

    The warranty (standard and extended) covers defects caused by:

    • Manufacturing faults

    • Structural failure

    • Material defects under normal household use


    What is Not Covered

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Scratches, stains, fading or changes in colour or texture

    • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, pets or improper cleaning

    • Damage caused by incorrect assembly, relocation or installation

    • Commercial or rental use

    • Stone, marble or sintered stone chips or cracks caused by impact or improper handling

    • Any defect that was disclosed or visible at the time of purchase


    Australian Consumer Law Notice

    This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
    You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.


    How to Make a Warranty Claim

    To make a claim, please contact G’day Furniture with:

    • Proof of purchase

    • Photos or videos showing the issue

    Claims will be assessed and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
