    At G’day Furniture, we are committed to providing bespoke furniture solutions tailored to the individual requirements of each customer.

    1. Pre-order & Custom Order Process

    1. Customers are required to submit their specifications, including preferred style, design, and dimensions, to G’day Furniture.

    2. Based on the information provided, G’day Furniture will offer professional recommendations along with a formal quotation.

    3. Upon agreement to the proposed design and pricing, G’day Furniture will issue an official Order Confirmation document.

    4. The Order Confirmation will detail the agreed style, reference images, and any specific customisation requirements as discussed.

    5. To proceed with the order, customers are required to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit of the total quoted price.

    2. Production & Delivery Timeframes

    1. Production time for standard items is approximately 2 to 4 weeks.

    2. Production of customised or non-standard items may take approximately 3 to 6 weeks, or longer depending on complexity.

    3. Estimated sea freight time is 2 to 4 weeks.

    4. The total estimated lead time for delivery is 10 to 16 weeks, subject to freight schedules and container availability.

    3. Deposits & Order Cancellations

    1. All deposits paid for pre-orders and custom orders are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances.

    2. Once an order has been confirmed by the customer and production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

    3. We strongly advise all customers to carefully consider their requirements before placing an order.
